Arnalaya Beach House is a Minimalistic Design 5 bedroom luxury villa, located in Canggu only a short stroll from the beach surf of Nelayan Beach. Designed by internationally acclaimed Singaporean architect Sonny Chan and styled by Australian-born interior designer Albano Daminato.
This private holiday home is not only pleasing for design addicts. Families, children and groups of friend will be excited with a private tennis court, 20-metre salt-water pool, gym, spa room and yoga platforms positioned to catch the sunrise.
Indoor areas
The lounge and dining room on the second floor of the main building have windows that seem to magically disappear. Changing this space into outdoor living.
The lounge has white sofas, hand crafted tribal tables and skeletal bamboo chairs. The dining room seats up to 14 people.
Entertainment room
Suited with a big sofa and sets of café-style tables and chairs, this room is equipped with Apple TV – loaded with Netflix, HBO, ABC, PBS KIDS and more. An excellent music library and sound system. Nintendo Wii, and bookshelves with plenty to read for both kids and adults. Arnalaya beach house’s entertainment room is an ideal place to relax and cool off watching a movie or viewing a live tennis match of your friends on the tennis court.
Next to the pool, facing the ocean the pool lounge and dining bale is furnished with a large dining table for 14, hand-rendered rattan chairs and polished concrete banquette seating littered with comfy cushions. This space, which is sea-breeze- and fan-cooled, has a fully functional kitchen with barbecue and cocktail bar.
Bedrooms
Arnalaya Beach House has a total of five bedrooms, air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equally sized, and have flexible configuration of the beds, offering both king size or twin setup, ideal for family, couples or groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms have ocean view.
If you and your family need an extra bedroom, the gym can be converted into bedroom number six. Including 2 pull-down beds and even two extra portable beds. On the ground floor of the main building, Arnalaya Beach House offers a small extra bedroom fitted with bunk beds and shower room for a nanny or other additional staff.
Ocean view bedrooms
Two bedrooms are located at the upper floor of the main building, both with their own terrace. Both have a walk-in closet and a stand alone bathtub in front of considerably sized windows that maximise the views. Both King or twin setup of the beds is possible. Bose ceiling speakers are there to play your holiday soundtrack and the TV is nicely concealed behind fitted units. A relaxing sitting area has custom-made sofa and a desk.
The second pair of Ocean Bedrooms, are located on the upper floor of the adjacent building. The open bathrooms have delicately curved walls, spacious showers and freestanding bathtubs.
Courtyard suite
This suite is tucked into a pretty garden and offers direct access to the gym and spa. Although similar to the bedrooms abov, this room also has a pull-down single bed, making it ideal for families with a toddler, or for three older kids to share.
Garden & Private pool
Arnalaya Beach house has beautifully landscaped gardens stepping up to the ocean-front balé and 20 meter private pool. The garden hosts fish-filled lotus ponds.
Almost 4500 sqm of neatly terraced lawns create an amazing space for special gatherings or celebration.
Staff
Arnalaya Beach House gives you impeccable service from the 16 staff members.
The villa manager is responsible for the overall operation of the estate. His job is to oversee and coordinate the staff and property and to assist guests with concierge-style service. He is there to answer your questions and has a lot of local knowledge. An assistant manager is there to step in when the manager is off-site.
Chef
The private chef has worked internationally and brings with him a deep insight into western foods and dietary wishes. The Chef manages the daily market shopping and the development and delivery of your menu.
Villa attendants
Villa attendants look after daily housekeeping and domestic duties and serve at table.
Garden & pool
Three gardeners maintain Arnalaya Beach House’s lovely lawns, gardens and swimming pool.
Security
Arnalaya Beach House is kept safe and secure 24 hours a day by three dedicated security staff working shifts.
